Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Operations Training Assistant to support PACAF Aviation Squadron Administrative Support for the US Air Force.

You will coordinate with the training officer, SARM, UDM, and DO to arrange schedules facilitating operations, qualification, and continuation training to meet currency requirements. You will ensure aircraft configurations are aligned two weeks prior and synchronize OPSs, MX, and Ammo schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build long- and short-range flight schedules for aircrew, instructors, and staff; coordinate with leadership.
• Track leaves and scheduling commitments for crewmembers.
• De-conflict crew schedules and ensure adequate coverage for sorties.
• Monitor training requirements and update schedules accordingly.
• Publish scheduling data in PT/GMIS/GTIMS or similar systems.
• Coordinate with OSS and higher HQ for exercise schedule coordination.
