The Inland Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Manager for Quantem Aviation Services at Bartonville, IL. This full-time role oversees daily station operations, directing flight, cargo and mail handling while ensuring safety, compliance with FAA/TSA rules, and excellent customer service across the location.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years in large ramp operations with budget oversight, plus strong MS Office skills and ability to

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of management experience in large ramp operations and budget oversight.
• Broad airline operations knowledge, including customer service, facilities and safety.
• Knowledge of airline/airport rules, aircraft handling, dangerous goods, SIDA and related certifications.
• Strong organization and Microsoft Office skills; basic accounting, tariff and weight-conversion skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; able to pass required background checks and airport clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily station operations, including flight, cargo and mail handling.
• Maintain compliance with airline, airport, FAA/TSA, safety and security requirements.
• Hire, schedule, train and manage employees; maintain required personnel records.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, equipment readiness and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with airline customers and airport authorities on operational needs and concerns.
• Assist with audits, reporting, budgets, invoicing and payroll; support on-time operations.
