• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of management experience in large ramp operations and budget oversight.
• Broad airline operations knowledge, including customer service, facilities and safety.
• Knowledge of airline/airport rules, aircraft handling, dangerous goods, SIDA and related certifications.
• Strong organization and Microsoft Office skills; basic accounting, tariff and weight-conversion skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; able to pass required background checks and airport clearance.

This role leads employees and coordinates flight, cargo and mail handling activities to ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations and strong customer service. The Operations Manager also ows station administration, employee development, budgeting and customer relationships.Location: PIA - 5701 W.
