Job summary

Quantem Aviation Services is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance programs across the Inland Group, with emphasis on Quantem operations. The role requires coordinating across stations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient maintenance execution.

The candidate will oversee staffing, training, and the development of maintenance personnel, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred but not required.
• 5–8+ years of maintenance management or related experience.
• Broad mechanical experience across deice trucks, GSE, service vehicles and equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead teams.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 25%+.
• Airport badging or background check required for location.
• Willingness to relocate to the Eastern time zone (prefer Charlotte, NC).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance program across the Inland Group of Companies.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance plans and KPIs.
• Staffing, training, and development of maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate multi-location tasks and report to Director of Maintenance.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and asset protection.
• Provide technical support and optimize equipment uptime.
