Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
• 7+ years in airport operations or related field.
• Experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of airport procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility for FAA, TSA, Port Authority credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the airport service station.
• Lead and manage supervisors, agents, and support staff.

• Develop vendor relationships for resources.
• Implement environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Plan station-wide events and promotions to boost loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends.
• Manage inventory and procurement.
