Job summary

Air Transport International, Inc. is seeking a Station Manager to lead the assigned station’s maintenance operations, supervising personnel and ensuring airworthiness in accordance with FARs and company procedures.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and resources, report to regional leadership, and act as a liaison with FAA and customers to uphold safety and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years transport category aircraft line maintenance experience.
• One (1) year transport category aircraft line maintenance supervision experience.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and assess station personnel to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
• Coordinate aircraft and personnel scheduling to align with budget and procedures.
• Maintain communication with management, maintenance control and vendors; provide feedback and recommendations.
• Train and mentor Supervisors, Maintenance Reps, and Lead mechanics; act as liaison at the station with FAA, flight crews, customers and management.
