Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily station operations at our Quantem Aviation Services team. You will lead flight, cargo and mail handling, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgeting and customer relationships.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating with airlines and airports, and supporting audits, payroll and invoicing to maintain on-time operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of management experience in large ramp operations and budget oversight.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; able to pass required background checks and airport clearance.
• Broad airline operations knowledge, including customer service, facilities and safety.
• Knowledge of airline/airport rules, aircraft handling, dangerous goods, SIDA and related certifications.
• Strong organization and Microsoft Office skills; basic accounting, tariff and weight-conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily station operations, including flight, cargo and mail handling.
• Maintain compliance with airline, airport, FAA/TSA, safety and security requirements.
• Hire, schedule, train and manage employees; maintain required personnel records.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, equipment readiness and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with airline customers and airport authorities on operational needs and concerns.
• Assist with audits, reporting, budgets, invoicing and payroll; support on-time operations.
