Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee station operations, aircraft movements, and ramp handling while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role manages vendor performance and overall service quality across multiple locations, with budget discipline and clear reporting.

You will coordinate with customers, procure supplies, maintain SOPs, and ensure timely data entry and governance through digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve overall station operation to support all business units.
• Ensure station safety compliance with regulations governing station, aircraft, facilities, and personnel.
• Manage Cargo terminal operations ensuring compliance and quality service.
• Interact with customers and vendors to train on requirements and procedures.
• Monitor contracts and ensure vendors meet SLAs.
• Prepare and distribute Atlas reports promptly.
• Manage procurement and inventory control for station supplies.
