Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership/operational experience.
• Experience coordinating with airlines and airport authorities.
• Proven ability to travel >75% for field operations and meetings.
• Solid knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of services for customer airlines and airports within contract and budget.
• Ensure safety and security policies comply with standards.
• Liaise with airline station managers, airport operations managers, handling agents, and officials.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing to meet service levels.
• Monitor performance and address shortfalls.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational gaps and audits.
• Guide and mentor local team and backfill leadership when needed.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and report findings.
• Promote compliance with regulations and security measures.
• Support startup operations across lines of business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
