Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years experience in a lead role preferred.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interpret information, prepare reports, and lead groups.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Participate and exchange ideas in meetings and conference calls as required keeping the Operations at your location updated on new developments.
• Ensure your station is focused on achieving optimal customer service, customer retention and customer relationships to maintain quality of service.
• Assist the Operations Manager with station audits, provide information needed for reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions/concerns as required.
• Assist the Base Operations Manager in hiring, scheduling and training; recommended discipline and promotion of employees to new duties and responsibilities.
• Audit and maintain that all station activities are conducted to guarantee the highest level of employee and equipment safety for protection of assets, sustaining regulatory compliance and support company mission, values and purpose.
