Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all Operations Agents and manage workload.
• Provide flight operations support to airline crew members.
• Coordinate between Airport Operations, Airport Police, catering, fueling, CBP, TSA, hotels, and transportation.
• Maintain Pegasus intranet updates for customer airlines.
• Monitor aircraft movements to ensure timely communication for staffing.
