Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee and compliance records, including DOT/FAA files, HRIS documentation, and accounting records.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, badging, hearing tests, and scheduling pre-employment interviews.
• Support DOT Random Drug and Alcohol Program compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with operational teams to align HR processes with fluctuating schedules and priorities.
• Generate reports and correspondence to support management decision-making.
• Leverage HR and administrative systems (iCIMS, Verified Credential, Excel, Costpoint, QuickBooks) efficiently.
• Assist with special projects, audit-ready documentation, and overflow administrative tasks.
• Provide support in administrative areas outside HR as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work overtime as needed.
