Job summary

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Station Operations in Juneau to oversee gate timelines and regulatory compliance for AS and HA. You will lead Customer Service Agents and Ramp Service Agents, prioritizing tasks and coordinating vendor staff when applicable.

You will manage performance, coach staff, and ensure safety and smooth operations across departures while collaborating with airport partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an additional 2 years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workgroup and communicate with colleagues.
• Experience leading teams to improve airport operations with focus on reliability and safety.
• May require USPS Mail Handling Certification depending on location.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays).
• Minimum age 18 and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise timeline execution and regulatory compliance at departure gates.
• Investigate delays and propose solutions to avoid future incidents.
• Ensure tools and equipment are ready for staff to perform duties effectively.
• Monitor FAA and company regulations and review applicable documents.
• Oversee ticketing, enplaning/deplaning, passenger relations, security, and weight/balance.
• Lead CSAs, RSAs, and vendor partnerships in scheduling, training, attendance and discipline.
• Develop CSAs/RSAs through performance management and feedback.
• Represent Airport Operations & Customer Service at stakeholder meetings.
