Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Safety‑mocused supervisor to lead a team of agents and supervisors in airport operations. The role involves coordinating shifts, training staff, and ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently while supporting airline partners and travelers.

Responsibilities include supervising payroll processes, managing equipment and assignments, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage shift schedules and staffing.
• Experience in coordinating dispatch or warehouse operations.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of supervisors, leads and agents in warehouse duties.
• Manage shift scheduling including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with station manager regarding problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor safety and enforce policies per regulations and company guidelines.
