Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks a capable supervisor to oversee agents across shifts ensuring safe, efficient airport operations. You will manage dispatching of agents and equipment to flights, coordinate with the station manager, and lead daily shift activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state authorities.
• One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience preferred.
• Shift work including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of supervisors, leads and agents to ensure safe and efficient airport operations.
• Manage dispatching agents and equipment to arriving and departing flights and assignments.
• Communicate with the station manager regarding problems or issues; schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork; enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of position.
