Signature Aviation in Kailua, Hawaii seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily base operations for private aviation guests and crews. You will guide teams, ensure safety, and deliver the Signature hospitality standard in a fast-paced environment near aircraft and ground service equipment.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, hands-on service, and strong leadership. You will train staff, manage SOPs, coordinate ramp activities, and maintain security and regulatory

Formación

• Requires 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience.
• Must pass background checks and obtain airport security badge.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate ground service equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Certifications such as towing/deicing may be required; ability to obtain them.
• Strong leadership with hospitality and guest-service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead base operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee Airside Experience and/or Guest Experience teams and address performance.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Schedule and coordinate duties; conduct shift meetings and events.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure airline-required training is completed.
• Serve as guest service escalation point for inquiries.
• Assist with ramp operations including fueling, de-icing, catering, towing.
• Prepare for arrivals/departures and monitor safety issues.
• Operate ground service equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain records.
