Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Dallas is seeking an Operations Agent to coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. You will be the primary operational contact for internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include preventing delays, coordinating on‑time operations, preparing flight-related paperwork, assisting with irregular operations, and potentially ramp duties and training.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external partners.
• Prevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating to station leadership.
