Job summary

ChemSource Recruiting, Inc. client is expanding and seeks an Aviation MRO sales professional to drive new business in the south Florida region and the broader southeast United States. This role works remotely from a home office in the greater Miami/Ft.

Lauderdale area, with travel to customer sites and trade shows as required. You will represent adhesives, paints, lubricants, tapes, cleaners, composites and other consumables, delivering tailored supply solutions and building strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in aviation MRO or industrial distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is desirable.
• Basic understanding of consumable aviation repair materials.
• Ability to work from a home office in south Florida.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to visit customer sites and attend trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer relationships for aviation MRO offerings.
• Deliver clear selling messages and value propositions for product lines (adhesives, paints, lubricants, tapes, cleaners, composites).
• Provide tailored supply solutions including just-in-time delivery and on-site consignment programs.
• Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs and strategic accounts.
• Create territory and account growth plans and promote digital/supply-chain solutions.
• Be a trusted resource with high responsiveness and service; collaborate with inside sales and technical teams.
