Job summary

SpecChem, LLC. is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities across Florida. This remote role requires regular in-territory travel and a strong ability to communicate the value SpecChem provides to distributors.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area and bring 6–10 years of sales experience, with English/Spanish proficiency and a solid track record in budgeting, planning, and professional selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Travel up to 30-40% of the time.
• 6–10 years of sales experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Budging, planning, scheduling and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of time/territory management and professional selling skills.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• MS Office skills are required.
• Ability to assess customer needs and align with company goals.
• Work within SpecChem's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Understand products, marketplace, and the value SpecChem provides.
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
• Conduct job site and customer calls.
• Participate in calls with architects, engineers, DOT, and municipalities.
• Provide sales training and support to customers.
• Support internal teams including repair, service, and lab.
• Collaborate with contractors to drive business.
• Engage in industry and trade association activities.
• Work with SpecChem management and ownership.
• Provide marketing support to the internal team.
• Coordinate with existing sales and technical teams.
