Job summary

SpecChem, LLC. is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in South Florida from a remote location. This role includes regular in-territory travel within Florida and requires residency in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area.

The ideal candidate will communicate the value of SpecChem’s concrete chemical products to distributors and customers. Responsibilities include generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with contractors and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in sales preferred with ability to travel up to 30-40%.
• bilingual English/Spanish (highly preferred) and strong communication skills.
• Excellent budgeting, planning, scheduling, and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of time/territory management and professional selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities while serving and growing existing business.
• Establish a comprehensive understanding of the products, marketplace, and the value that SpecChem provides.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct job site and customer calls.
• Participate in calls including architectural, engineering, DOT, and municipality.
• Provide inside and outside customer sales training and support.
• Support internal sales, customer service, and laboratory training.
• Work closely with contractors to drive SpecChem business.
• Active involvement in business, customer, and trade associations.
• Collaborate with sales and technical team across the organization.
