Ascent Aviation Services Corp. in Marana, AZ is seeking a dynamic Buyer/Planner to join our 24/7 aviation operations. You will develop material plans, manage lead times, and secure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent education or training in aircraft maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develop material plans using historical usage, forecasts and policies (min/max, receipt schedules).
• Secure and maintain accurate lead times in the system.
• Track parts availability and provide status on materials.
• Place purchase orders in alignment with the material plan, including large orders.
• Return early receipts and non-conforming receipts to vendors with credits.
• Monitor inventory balances and disposition of inactive stock.
• Ensure vendors meet on-time delivery with quality products/services.
