Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a skilled Material Clerk to join our aviation maintenance operations team in Arizona. You will manage and issue stock inventory, forecast material needs with maintenance teams, and maintain accurate records through data entry.

You will support inventory reduction efforts and work across 24/7 shifts, including day, second shift, weekend, and 12-hour rotations. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue and control stock inventory and evaluate surplus.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to forecast material requirements.
• Check stock availability on all material requests.
• Order stock and restock shelves.
• Monitor shelf life of stock.
• Maintain bench stock and tools.
• Process turn-ins from Maintenance.
• Data entry of issues and turn-ins.
