Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Service Advisor to liaison with customers, scheduling aircraft into Cirrus’ service centers for maintenance and bulletins. You will prepare service plans, coordinate parts, and work with customers to secure approvals and payments.

The role requires aviation maintenance knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple work orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Aviation Maintenance Technologies plus 2–4 years' aviation maintenance experience, or 6 years scheduling/aircraft maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple objectives, meet deadlines, and balance projects.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary customer contact for scheduling aircraft into service for maintenance, mods, and service bulletins.
• Coordinates with parts to pre-order required parts and service bulletin kits.
• Obtains warranty and customer approvals prior to work.
• Maintains shop capacity balance and input demand.
• Develops cost estimates and invoices, including optional service bulletins.
