Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. in Alcoa, Tennessee, seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between Customers at the Factory Service Center and the maintenance operations. You will build work packages, including labor and parts, and coordinate the schedule to meet owner expectations and shop capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in aviation-related field or 2–4 years in aviation maintenance scheduling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Customers regarding scheduling aircraft for maintenance.
• Coordinate with parts to pre-order required parts and service bulletin kits.
• Obtain warranty or customer approvals before work is performed.
• Provide cost estimates and invoices, including optional service bulletins.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance programs, scheduling, and price factors.
• Prepare and present schedule options with lead-times and downtime.
