Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; 9+ years of operations management experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role; 13+ years of related experience if no degree.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate and experience with FAA Part 145 Repair Station.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, and publications.
• Experience with government contracting, audits, and training programs; proficient with Microsoft Office and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers to support satisfaction and growth.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers locally and in other markets.
• Identify additional business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and evaluate government contracting opportunities through SAM.gov and other platforms.
• Maintain pipeline and effective utilization of hangar capacity with leadership guidance.
• Support customer visits, facility tours, proposals, and other business-development activities.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on business-development activity and pipeline status.
