Sierra Nevada Corporation in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Planning Manager II to lead the planning team and drive strategic initiatives that support production schedules and business goals. This role demands deep supply chain knowledge and the ability to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop tooling and scheduling requirements, leverage Boeing data for maintenance planning, and collaborate across departments to optimize opportunities and relieve constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in operations or related field with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Boeing Maintenance Technical Documents.
• Aircraft Maintenance Planning experience on Boeing aircraft (747/757/767/777/787).
• Prior management experience: recruiting, directing and evaluating staff.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed tooling, material and scheduling requirements from engineering specs and production timelines.
• Use Boeing Technical Data to create maintenance planning schedules.
• Track and create manpower requirements for scheduled maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify schedule opportunities and alleviate constraints.
