Job summary

Gogo is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to support Sales Managers in growing existing and prospective customers in the Business Aviation market. The role focuses on developing accounts, implementing sales strategies, and delivering top-tier service.

You will learn company processes, build product knowledge, and contribute to proposals while working with RSMs at events. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or aerospace sales.
• 0–2 years of proven sales experience in an aerospace environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time to events; some after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Inside Sales emails and prefill CSAs with accuracy.
• Create data reports and analyze service usage for RSMs.
• Assist with customer emails to initiate rate plan changes.
• Gather technical information to activate SD services.
• Support RSMs at events and collaborate on sales proposals.
• Train new RSMs on internal systems; oversee portals for customers/ dealers.
• Identify leads and initiate contact via phone, email and social channels.
• Manage dealer agreements and pricing sheets.
