Job summary

Gogo Business Aviation LLC is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to support Sales Managers in growing existing and prospective customers in the Business Aviation market. You will develop accounts, implement sales strategies, and present new concepts to ensure the team meets goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, 0–2 years of aerospace sales, and up to 20% travel. Expect hours that may extend beyond typical business times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of proven sales experience in aerospace environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers in developing existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to Inside Sales emails and prepare CSAs with accuracy.
• Create data reports and analyze usage across services for RSMs.
• Assist with rate plan changes and gather technical information to activate services.
• Research leads via multiple channels and initiate contact by phone, email, or socials.
• Support RSMs at events and assist with sales proposals.
• Train new RSMs on internal systems and manage dealer agreements.
