Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aviation sales and customer support.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working on the phone in an open office setting.
