Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aviation sales and customer support.
• Experience in relationship building and delivering superior customer service.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone in an open office.

Responsibilities

• Record activities in the ERP system.
• Receive, enter, and manage orders for new product purchases and maintenance.
• Support sales team to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate orders, pricing, and lead times.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns.
