Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience in all stages of litigation: pre-trial discovery, motions, working with experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues including contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law.
• Clerkship experience at the appellate level is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation from start to trial.
• Coordinate pre-trial discovery, motions practice, and expert coordination.
• Support trial teams and coordinate with clients across matters of national/international significance.
