Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow key accounts and expand our aviation services footprint in the US. You will lead top customer growth, manage proposals and RFPs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to win new business across MRO, sales and leasing.

Travel up to 30% is required as you build relationships with customers, forecast requirements, and present solutions that optimize pricing and value across AerSale divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry environment focusing on customer relationships, sales or marketing.
• Aviation industry experience with contracts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Annually grow key/top customer accounts.
• Lead expansion of business into new customer accounts.
• Act as primary contact and representative for the customer.
• Provide timely quotes and responsive communication to customers.
• Work with internal/external customers to clarify and resolve issues.
