Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Ground Operations Specialist to coordinate activities such as catering orders, permissions, base access, and airport slots. You will work with flight crews and operations staff to ensure smooth, compliant handling of daily operations.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and light travel are expected, with a mandatory background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license; passport preferred (light travel required).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently with attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ground Operations activities via email, phone or fax, including catering orders, landing rights, base access, and airport slots.
• Coordinate with Flight Crew and supporting personnel on flight memos and irregular operations.
• Comply with OAI manuals, local laws and regulations; maintain Ground Operations certifications.
• Perform duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager of Ground Operations.
