Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking an Assistant Flight Operations Supervisor to assist the on-duty flight supervisor in daily flight operations management. The role involves reviewing aircraft performance calculations and supporting the Owners Services and Mission Validation Departments as a technical resource.

The position requires strong knowledge of FARs (Part 91/121/135), a commercial pilot rating with 500+ hours TT, and the ability to work with the Chief Pilot and fleet program managers on

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred; 2–4 years in aviation environment
• Strong understanding of FARs Part 91/121/135
• Commercial pilot with at least 500 hours TT
• Familiarity with SOPs, Flight Operations Manual, and CFRs applicable to Company operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the on duty flight supervisor in daily flight operations management
• Review aircraft performance calculations
• Support Owners Services and Mission Validation as a technical resource
• Assist Chief Pilot and fleet program managers with aircraft projects
• Assist with review of MELs and maintenance inquiries
