Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Manager of Maintenance Planning. You will forecast maintenance activities, coordinate with MOCC and Systems Control, and prepare work packages for routine and unscheduled tasks to ensure fleet readiness.

The role requires aviation maintenance awareness, strong scheduling skills, and proficiency with MS Office and maintenance systems. Travel and weekend on-call may be required as part of maintaining fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Aviation maintenance experience preferred with knowledge of scheduling and parts replenishment.
• Ability to analyze schedules, workload, and maintenance requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and maintenance software; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheduled maintenance forecasts and activities based on airline schedules.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with MOCC, Systems Control and vendors.
• Plan and issue maintenance work packages for routine and unscheduled checks.
• Monitor aircraft times/cycles and AD compliance dates.
• Represent Maintenance Planning in daily Operational Meetings.
