Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, education, business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant education and/or aviation experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant airline or aviation experience, with broad operational knowledge and experience in Ground Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate technical training programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable aviation regulations, operational procedures, safety requirements, and security standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory information effectively to audiences with varying levels of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational and training requirements, including domestic and international travel and training assignments.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and the ability to effectively deliver training through computer-based, virtual, and other technology-enabled learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Ground Operations training programs across multiple disciplines.
• Provide training to diverse populations including Loadmasters, Passenger Service Representatives, LCF personnel, Flight Operations staff, contractors, customers, and agents.
• Deliver training in classroom, computer-based, virtual, and on-the-job environments at domestic and international locations.
• Ensure training objectives align with performance, safety, service, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-the-job training, competency checks, and evaluations to ensure required knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance across diverse training environments.
• Identify deficiencies and develop corrective or refresher training.
• Provide Ground Operations training to flight deck crews and other Flight Operations personnel on applicable procedures.
• Develop, review, and maintain training materials reflecting changes in operations and regulations.
• Support CBT and other technology-enabled learning programs.
