Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience in aviation cargo operations.
• FAA Aircraft Weight and Balance certification (Loadplanner/Loadmaster) or recertification ability.
• FAA Dangerous Goods Inspector Certification or recertification ability.
• Ability to obtain TSA credentials (Threat Assessment/SIDA).
• Knowledge of weight and balance calculation methods and tools.
• Knowledge of FAR/ICAO/IATA cargo regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and US passport.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SMS Safety Assurance audits of ground operations.
• Provide classroom and on‑the‑job training for cargo and ground handling.
• Perform Ground Security Coordinator duties on flights.
• Coordinate safety, security, and regulatory matters with stakeholders.
• Perform Professional Loadmaster duties on company aircraft onboard charter flights.
