Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years civilian or military loadmaster experience OR 5 years loading commercial aircraft, preferably in a supervisor/lead role.
Clear written and verbal communication with company, vendors, customers, and agency personnel.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
Typing on keyboard; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
Ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects.
Move around cargo while performing loadmaster duties.
Work beyond a normal 8-hour day.
Travel on short notice up to 14 days.
Provide copies of previous loadmaster training records.

Responsibilities

Training: Plans and coordinates Planeside Representative Training classes with multiple agencies.
Send notices to Ground Handlers.
Set up materials for training classes; arrange catering if needed.
Maintain training records across Amazon and AMC.
Provide other agencies Training Department copies of sign-in sheets.
Coordinate Ground Security Coordinator - Web Base Training.
