Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years civilian or military loadmaster experience OR 5 years loading commercial aircraft, preferably in a supervisor/lead role.
• Clear written and verbal communication with company, vendors, customers, and agency personnel.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Typing on keyboard; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects.
• Move around cargo while performing loadmaster duties.
• Work beyond a normal 8-hour day.
• Travel on short notice up to 14 days.
• Provide copies of previous loadmaster training records.

Responsibilities

• Training: Plans and coordinates Planeside Representative Training classes with multiple agencies.
• Send notices to Ground Handlers.
• Set up materials for training classes; arrange catering if needed.
• Maintain training records across Amazon and AMC.
• Provide other agencies Training Department copies of sign-in sheets.
• Coordinate Ground Security Coordinator - Web Base Training.
