Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is hiring for a Ground Security Coordinator to provide oversight of vendors and Atlas customers, ensuring compliance with Atlas, FAA, and civil aviation handling procedures. You will coordinate flight handling, load planning, NOTOC, and weight & balance across multiple departments and stations.

You will supervise loading crews, communicate with the Station Manager and HQ, and ensure timely notifications and safety audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in airline/aviation suggested.
• Must pass training in Loadplanning, Weight & Balance, and aircraft handling.
• Fluent English; multilingual is a plus.
• No travel restrictions to domestic/international stations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct vendors and customers per Atlas procedures and safety rules.
• Coordinate flight handling with Crews and ground handlers.
• Communicate with Station Manager and HQ on issues affecting operations.
• Ensure load planning, NOTOC accuracy, and weight/balance computations.
• Supervise loading crews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain turnaround information in company digital tools and produce reports.
