Qualifications

• Successful completion of gate agent training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work all shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs (wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors).
• Change customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as needed.
• Operate the Jetway and support team to deliver service.
