Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent to assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, monitor boarding and help with special needs. You will adjust itineraries, operate the jetway, and collaborate with the team to meet service goals.

The role requires training completion, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Starting rate reflects market hourly compensation.

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights

• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
