Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Operate the Jetway and guide/park aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Provide cabin maintenance tasks.
• Support customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
