Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding operations, and help customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.

The role requires Gate Agent training, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and availability for all shifts. You will work with a team to deliver safe, friendly, and efficient service to our passengers.

Qualifications

• Must complete Gate Agent training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work all shifts.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding system and ensure accuracy.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and work as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
