Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department to assist passengers with boarding, seating changes, wheelchairs, and loading/unloading baggage.

You will operate Jetway and ground support equipment, coordinate with teams, and provide professional service in a fast-paced airport environment. Starting rate is $15.00 per hour with paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
