Job summary

Associated Energy Group, LLC (AEG Fuels) is seeking a Bulk Dispatcher in Miami, FL. The role coordinating bulk fuel deliveries with third-party carriers, tracking shipments, and communicating delivery timing to sales and customers to ensure reliable service.

You will work with Inventory, Transportation, and Logistics teams to support GA, military, FBO, and commercial contracts, emphasizing accuracy, speed, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Clear, accurate, professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating fuel deliveries and scheduling with third-party carriers.
• Knowledge of airline/fuel operations and loading requirements.
• Understanding pricing methods and supplier pricing (Platts/Argus/OPIS).
• Positive, self-motivated attitude; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of bulk fuel deliveries with third-party carriers.
• Track deliveries and update sales reps and customers on timing.
• Interface with Inventory Managers during disruptions to ensure supply safety.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory & Logistics, Dispatch, and Sales teams.
• Support GA, military, FBO, and commercial contracts for profitability.
