Job summary

ExxonMobil in Spring, TX seeks an Aviation Account Manager to grow regional and national fuel accounts. This office-based role travels 40–60% monthly, interfacing with buyers and internal teams to grow volume with existing clients and win new business.

You will manage portfolios, set strategies, and coordinate pricing, credit and logistics to maximize returns. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in aviation fuels sales, with strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in aviation fuels or trading.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to priorities.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Tableau and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer/territory portfolio with sales and account management.
• Coordinate with supply, credit, pricing and invoicing activities.
• Develop account strategies and optimize brand and customer experience.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Track opportunities and drive pipeline flow using internal systems.
• Attend local industry events and participate in training.
