• Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with high-value clients as primary contact.
• Deliver quality assurance for client trips, resolve issues.
• Provide consultative support on Trip Support products and services.
• Drive growth by promoting services to existing and prospective clients.
• Lead collaboratively with operations, disseminate client requirements.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support when needed.
