Job summary

World Fuel Services is seeking a strategic Manager for FBO & Airport Solutions Sales, based in Webster, TX, with 50%+ travel. Lead a high-performing team to expand FBO partnerships and drive revenue through aviation payment solutions and related services.

Partner with executives and vendors to optimize commercial performance and customer relationships. The role requires 3+ years in aviation and sales leadership, a relevant degree, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in sales, business development, account management, or marketing.
• 3+ years of aviation industry experience (fuel, FBO operations, airport services).
• Previous people leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation fuel markets, pricing, and negotiations.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives for regional FBO portfolios.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow aviation payment solutions and related services.
• Manage relationships with FBO partners, airports, and vendors; negotiate agreements.
• Oversee contracts, policies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitability.
