Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking an experienced Flight Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for aircraft scheduling among clients, flight crews, and maintenance personnel. You will schedule aircraft and crews and arrange services for scheduled trips.

The role requires arranging trip logistics, communicating itineraries and coordinating all required permits and documentation while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive trip requests from clients and schedule aircraft.
• Provide clients with detailed flight itineraries for each trip.
• Communicate flight schedule information to clients, crew, and maintenance.
• Arrange trip logistics and services (hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transport).
• Coordinate permits, airport slots, ground handling, and immigration requirements.
• Monitor compliance with FAA regulations and duty time limits.
• Maintain current client and crew contact information and preferences.
