Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Flight Coordinator in Idaho to manage aircraft and crew scheduling.

You will act as the central liaison between clients, flight crews, and maintenance, arranging services for each trip and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a four-year degree (preferred), and proficiency with flight planning software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive trip requests from clients and schedule aircraft.

• Communicate all aircraft schedule information to clients and flight crews.
• Arrange trip logistics including hotels, cars, catering, and ground transport.
• Coordinate permits, airport slots, security, and customs for domestic and international trips.
• Monitor flight times and ensure compliance with FAA rules and company procedures.
